2-13-12

Hello again all!

 

     We did not receive a call Saturday night which means Elder Petty and I will be staying together for at least another transfer. We're both pretty excited to do some serious work as a companionship in the coming weeks. I can't believe the transfer is already over! I have no idea where these last 6 weeks went. Inconceivable! The time is hurdling out of control.     

     Elder Petty and I had a pretty solid week! We were able to do some good finding and have a few new solid investigators as well as a handful of potential investigators we hope to flip this week. Aside from our own finding efforts, we were blessed with a few referrals from Church HQ, members, and other missionaries. A number of them look very promising!

     We set a baptismal date with Amanda for the 25th. Her interview will be this week and we are very excited to help her prepare for her big day!

     We have plans to set half a dozen more baptismal dates which, if all go through, will leave us with a baptism every single weekend except the current week. It's looking like February could be a fantastically successful month for us here in Irving. March looks pretty promising as well with the potential investigators we have on deck. Here's hoping and praying!
