Hey y'all,
Hope you had a great week! Sounds like there have been some exciting things going on lately! Unfortunately there isn't much to report today. This week went about like the last, only without a trip to the temple. The majority of the week was slow, with a lot of visiting inactive and part member families from the ward list, and tracting their streets. Not a whole lot to show for it. On a high note, we have 3 really great prospects for setting baptismal dates in the next 2 weeks. The first is Soany, the part member I told you about last week I think. We had a great lesson with her on Saturday after a child baptism in which she invited us to pray about an appropriate date for her. We gladly accepted her invitation. We are going to invite her to be baptized on Feb 18. We are also hoping to reset Rosie's date this week for the possibly the same date, Feb 18. The third is a young lady that we received as a Church Headquarters referral. The referral said "has been going for a while and loves it. wants to join. contact ASAP." We did. She is just as golden as she sounds. Her name is Amanda and she is a very sweet girl. She is very humble and teachable. I'm excited to see how she progresses.
I can't believe I hit 18 months already. Time is not my friend. I feel such a sense of urgency I can hardly sit still. I have so much I need to accomplish and only 6 short months to do it all. Life is not fair. And on that note, gotta run! Things to do, lessons to teach, people to baptize! I love you all and you'll hear from me one extremely short week from now! See you on the other side! Until next time; be good, stay safe, and keep the faith!
